    • HISTORY: Dunklin (p.70) says that WILLIAM SCRUGGS (reference I.4.3.3.1), "son of Thomas Scruggs, Jr., by his wife Judith Buford, was bom in Virginia, 1788. He married Ms Duval, of Kentucky, by whom he had issue, a daughter.
